At HRP, our team will work closely with you to ensure the best possible outcome for you and your family. After a thorough assessment, we'll offer you personalized options such as cash to bring your mortgage current, money for your home, or a profit share deal to help you start fresh. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we're here to help you navigate these challenging times with care and support. Let us guide you through every step of the process.

Here at HRP, you’ll never have to worry about dealing with a third-party service. What is a third-party service? In the real estate industry, there are third parties that call themselves wholesalers. Wholesalers are inexperienced or experienced individuals who get you into an agreement to turn around and sell you to a third party who would be the actual investor. You can think of a wholesaler as an unlicensed realtor adding a fee between you, the homeowner, and the investor buyer.
